WB 6.4.20
Good morning Class 1! We hope you are all ok and have enjoyed the lovely weather this weekend.
This week you are going to be given a choice of three activities each day that you may wish to complete.
As well as this, remember you can still access Active Learn, Purplemash and Times Table Rockstars if you are able to.
(There is no expectation to complete the activities suggested for each day - we have given you a choice of different things that you might like to try. )
Have a wonderful week and stay safe.

Activity 1 - Design and colour a set of paper Easter Eggs. Once you have done this, you could create an Easter Egg hunt for someone in your family. Can they find where you have hidden all your Easter Eggs? Use the ideas and templates below to help you, or just draw and colour your own designs!
Activity 3 - Can you complete this Easter maths activity?
Tuesday 7th April 2020
Activity 1 - Can you complete the following Easter activity booklet? There are stories, puzzles, games and there is even a phonics maze!

Wednesday 8th April 2020
Activity 1 - Have a go of these Easter word searches.
Thursday 9th April 2020
Activity 1 - Have a relaxing time colouring these patterned Easter eggs.
Friday 10th April 2020
Activity 1 - Use the clip we watched at school to help you to draw or paint some beautiful Spring flowers. You could even draw the flowers and then use tissue paper or other materials to turn your drawings into a collage.
I have added a second clip for even more ideas.
Activity 3 - Listen to some of these Easter songs. Can you learn some of them and then sing along to the music? Can you think of some actions? Can you even add some instruments to accompany the songs? If you haven't got any instruments, you could use body percussion or even make a simple instrument of your own.
Here are some ideas for making your own musical instrument.
We hope you all enjoy some of the Easter-themed activities this week. Don't forget about the St Matthew's Easter Competition - the closing date is Tuesday 14th April. You can email your work into the school office! Also don't forget to keep exercising if you can. There are details of Real PE online on our class page and Joe Wickes is still doing his daily exercises too.
Have a lovely Easter weekend.
We are thinking of you all and your families too.
Love from Mrs Craddock, Mrs Darnton and Mrs Stow
