Early Years Foundation Curriculum Overview

We are thoroughly enjoying our time at Forest School.  We have been busy making clay hedgehogs, Owl Babies and Stick Men.  We love our free play time in the mud kitchen, swinging on the hammocks but our favourite part is toasting marshmallows. 😁

Hello Everyone,

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas break and had lots of fun with family and friends.  I hope Santa came and delivered lots of presents too.

We have a very busy and exciting half term ahead of us.  Our topic is 'Transport' and we have lots of exciting things planned.

There will be no PE this term as we will be going to Forest School every Tuesday morning.  A reminder that the children will need lots of layers, waterproofs, hat, gloves and suitable footwear.  On the day if you coud send your child to school with a spare pair of shoes/trainers, so that they change into them once we arrive back in school as thier wellies will be full of mud.

If you have volunteered for Forest School, pease let me know on Mondays if you are still available, as it will be a struggle if volunteers drop out at short notice.
