St Matthew's Courageous Advocates

A HUGE well done to Teddy in Class 2! This weekend, Teddy climbed Scafell Pike (a total of 22,475 steps!) to raise money for our new school trim trail! We are so proud of his achievement and so grateful for his kindness. Teddy has raised an incredible £1500! A true courageous advocate, showing great courage and resilience, and a fantastic role model to others! Well done!

Aymeric raises money for the holiday hunger campaign!

Theo (Class R) has helped his mummy fill up craft bags to donate to children at the local food bank. They spoke about why it’s important to help and give to others. Theo recognised how Jesus helped people in the story The Good Samaritan! He understands how lucky we are to receive gifts at Christmas and Easter. Every Christmas, Theo has helped his mummy and daddy fill up gift bags for patients at Warrington Hospital. The family have kept a photo diary for Theo to look back on when he’s older.

We are so proud of you Theo! What fantastic kindness and generosity you have shown! Well done!

An incredible act of kindness from one of our pupils here at St Matthew's! We are raising money to enhance our school playground and we are so grateful for their generosity, thank you! Kindness is one of our school Christian values and we are so proud of the kindness you have shown to our school community!
