Pupil Premium Application Forms KS2

Please see below the Pupil Premium Application form (Free School Meal Application Form) for KS2 pupils, this is only to be used if you have not previously claimed pupil premium for your child when they were in KS1.  If you need help completing the form please don't hesitate to contact the school office.

Please read the information below which gives details of our Pupil Premium Grant and how we allocate the funding.

The Pupil Premium Grant was introduced in April 2011 to help schools and local authorities support pupils who may have additional needs, specifically those from low income families, pupils in care or adopted families and pupils whose parents are in the armed forces.

Schools are free to spend the money as they wish but are required to report to parents and other interested parties about how they have used the grant.

This report fulfils that requirement:-

2012/2013:- £1123.00

2013/2014:- £1553.00

2014-2015:- £10,200

2015-2016:- £10,036

2016-2017:- £9,820

2017-2018:- £15,680

2018-2019:- £15,840

2019-2020:- £19,242

Because our pupil numbers for this funding are low we do not give specific year groups, levels or funding information on this overview as individual children could be identified.   We do report this more specifically to our Governing Body, Local Authority and parents/carers.

* Please note that we report on the impact of Pupil Premium Grant by academic years.
