DT Cookery challenge.
Seasonal food. Your challenge is to find a fruit or vegetable in season, that means it is ready to dig up or pick now and be eaten. If you can, prepare a dish using that ingredient. Some suggestions below. Perhaps you could do a Summer fruit meringue dessert or a vegetable tray bake, cauliflower cheese, potato salad, stuffed aubergines, pizza with a fresh tomato topping, so many choices!
When you have made it, take a photo if you can and put it you’re your books. If that is not possible, write a paragraph about ‘Seasonal food in the UK.’ Use the Purple Mash 2Do.
In season fruit and vegetables.

Happy Monday everybody. I hope that you had a super weekend, full of sunshine and happiness and that if you celebrated, 'Father's Day,' that it was fun.
Here we are at the beginning of yet another week, gosh they pass so quickly. Lots to do this week including more new Maths topics. I hope that you have been able to work through the PPT and been able to work out what is happening. As I said, any problems and we can talk about them when we are back at school, so please don't worry.
I am also going to be setting some English revision work just to keep you on track. Again, please just do your best and I will be happy.
