A day of celebration at Stretton St Matthew’s!

BRITISH HISTORY
On Friday morning all the children will learn about Britain through the decades, learn about the playground games their grandparents would play and learn songs from the past. Children can come dressed to impress, in red, white & blue. Tiaras and bow ties welcome!
BIRTHDAY PARTY
In the afternoon, after our picnic lunch, we will celebrate the Queen’s 90th birthday with our own party – there will be party games, playground games, a disco and singing.
HOG ROAST & CHILDREN’s BBQ
After school you are invited to join us for a ‘Hog Roast’ and children’s BBQ.
Food will be served 4:30 – 5:30pm and the PTA will be serving Pimms & drinks from their famous bar!

Vision Aid - Collection of Glasses for Recycling
Wed 27 Apr 2016Today we launched our recycling of glasses campaign to support Vision Aid.
The Dagnall family have contacted our local optician and have organised for a collection of old glasses, sunglasses and frames that can be recycled.
