Our Community: Connected and Supportive

St Matthew's is proud to be a thriving community where everyone feels a sense of belonging. We have strong links with our local churches, businesses, community organisations and charities, which enrich the curriculum and help children to understand their place in the wider world. 

Our PTA events- such as fairs, discos and family fundraising activities- bring families together in a spirit of fun and teamwork as well as promoting us all being together. Our open church services and class assemblies celebrate learning and faith and they give pupils a platform to share their achievements and talents. 

We also treasure special occasions such as Grandparents Day, where generations come together to celebrate family, friendship and the joy of learning. 

Through these shared experiences, St Matthew's fosters strong relationships, builds community pride and ensures that everyone- children, families, staff and our community- feels connected and valued.
