St Matthew's actively promote staff wellbeing through a supportive culture, open communication and a range of wellbeing opportunities including professional support, additional planning/ leadership time, team building activities and access to wellbeing resources and events.

We believe that education is a shared journey. Parents and carers at St Matthew's are warmly welcomed and actively involved in school life. Regular communication, our incredible PTA, open-door policies and parent workshops ensure that everyone feels informed and included.
