We had a fantastic time at our party to celebrate the Royal Wedding :)

Class 5 Science - Investigating Flowers 

Class 3 went to visit the Jewish Museum in Manchester and we learnt more about Judaism. We invited our parents and friends into an assembly - thank you for coming to share our work!

Our local nurseries and pre-schools came to into school; Class 5 and Class R prepared some sports activities for the younger children. We had a great time!

Well done our Year 5 & 6 Football Team ... they won the Broomflelds Tournament this year! Congratulations!

We all enjoyed the Dinosaur Dome... We are busy writing reports, stories and poems about dinosaurs ... you will be able to read them soon!

Paul Jenkins is an amazing poet and he came into school to help us write our own dinosaur poems

We all enjoyed Sports Relief activities and our mile run

Class 5 visited Sandymoor High School for a morning of science ... we had a great time using the science apparatus.

The Hobgoblin Theatre have been into school today and performed their Viking Play for us .... we loved it!

A FairTrade farmer visited us from Panama to tell us about FairTrade bananas and to explain how the FairTrade premium helps the farmers.

World Book Day - Thank you for helping with our amazing costumes ... we have had a lovely day! :)

We have enjoyed our snowy day ... Thank you for help us wear our wellies!

We have been enjoying our disco! Thank you Chris - we've had a great time :)

Children are enjoying the Lepra Workshops and thank you for all the money you have raised in a very good cause.

Our PAN (Primary Arts Network) Project this year is "If Pictures Could Speak..."

We have all been working hard creating amazing pieces of artwork that we are going to display Friday in school and next week will be displayed at the Gateway and Pyramid in Warrington.

First, the teachers had to learn and practise making models, making music and brushing up on their own art skills.

Class R have been busy too!

Class 5 have been making masks.

Class 6 are working on their art project this week ... more news soon!

Reception parents came in to have lunch with us today ... we loved having you dine with us!

Class 5 played their guitars for their first audience last week... Well done Class 5!

Christmas Stalls - A great PTA event, enjoyed by all. Thank you for all your donations and support.

Shoe Box Appeal ... you donated 79 shoe boxes and they were very gratefully received at the depot...thank you!

Presentation for our Music Ambassador Award at the Town Hall ... We are very proud of all our musical talents! Thank you Mrs Craddock!

The Book Fair is in school and we are enjoying choosing books to read.

Anti Bullying Week - We enjoyed sharing our activities during our assembly on Friday ... Thank you for all your anti-bullying ideas everyone!

Class 4 performed their dance for their parents ... they are going to perform it again at the Parr Hall in March 2018!

Reception & Class 6 BBQ - a chance for 'Buddies' and their families to meet.
